This rule examines the remarks text entry and makes sure that every end of sentence (a period and one or more spaces) has two spaces before the next sentence.
This convention aids Microsoft Word, Frame maker, and several other type setting programs to better lay out the spacing (letter kerning) between sentences. If changes were made, a note is added to the log and displayed. |
