Aside: As of version x410 this file is expected to reside in the same folder as the ITS database you are operating on (typically both are in the same folder as the application). This was a design choice done to support those data stewards that edit multiple SDO files, so that they could have a user file for each SDO file. In future editions of the tool, this is expected to be revised to allow a single file with multiple sets of rights.
