Example Reports

This section shows a simple example of the bulk report format created by running the tool on the two data concepts used as examples in this guide.  

 

This type of document is normally created by running a report from the Mini-Edit tool using the Reports button from the main screen.  This will use a file called Bulk_Template.doc and some basic MS Word automation to render the entire contents of the currently selected table into a report. Like the 1st Word tool, it is import that MS Word not be engaged in editing any other document when this is created, as the tool needs to completely take over MS Word for the period it is running.

You should have Microsoft Word installed in order to view it.

The bulk report format is provided in Mini-Edit for those users (non stewards) do do not have access to the 1st Word tool so that they can make reports (with less features) somewhat like the richly formatted documents that SDOs produce.
