Record Entry Error Report

The Error Report Dialog displays the results of the currently selected rules applied to the currently selected record. The log displays what errors or omissions were found, what changes were made or are proposed, and may suggest some need for follow-up action to perfect the record. The current selected rules can be invoked and edited with the Rule Set... button (below).

Various buttons in this Dialog window allow the control of the rule checking process. The Correct Record and the Undo buttons provide a handy way to visually see what the effect of the current rule changes will be on the record. If the rules are run on an entire
table, an XML report of the errors detected and any changes made is produced and displayed for your use as well.
