The ATIS Examples file was not found by the tool when it was started.

The file ATIS_EXAMPLES.mdb is used by the tool to initially point to a valid file of tables (until the user selects another table). While the content of this file is no longer useful in any SDO-FADD sense, it must be found in the same folder as the application. This new file is required, and is provided in the installation package.

Once this Dialog is displayed, opening of other files is disabled and the tool is effectively stopped. Run the install script to repair your installation and restore the file.
