Getting Started

Welcome to the Mini-Edit tool suite. This collection of tools, all referred to as Mini-Edit, is used by both standards authors (commonly called data stewards although anyone working on a standard may use the tool in this way) and standard deployers (commonly called users or local deployments).

This section deals with how to obtain the tool, where to go for help and support, and where to get the various databases that it reads. It also provides a bit of background about how the tool came to exist and what others are doing with it.
